ASAP Start until 31st March 2019 - Could be extended
PAYE £9.00 per hour
Full Time 37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 08.30am until 17.00pm
Friday 08.30am until 16.30
Our client Bournemouth County Council based in Bournmouth are seeking a Customer Services Officer to join their team on a temporary basis that could be extended for the right candidate.
Working within the social Health Care Sector.
Duties will include
Data collection of reports submitted by the general public, with regards to vunerable persons.
Data collection via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, this may be from family, neighbours etc
Reporting with regards to referrals to social care and GP's
Administration of Blue Badges
Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
Evidence of previous experience in a similar role must be shown within CV.
You must have high quality keyboarding/word processing skills
Working Knowledge of IT Systems - Windows based applications
Excellent communication skills - Via telephone, email and word processing
Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
Team work is essential with this role as you will be talking to people from all levels
Candidates must hold:
Valid Passport or Full Birth Certificate with National Insurance
5 years' previous employment reference history
