Our client is a global distribution company who are looking for a conscientious, reliable accounts orientated Administrator who will apply attention to detail, relationship building and team work to their role.
You will be responsible for invoicing and general administration to ensure distribution is carried out 100% accurately for their clients from first knowledge of a pending job to invoicing and reporting.
You will give attention to detail whilst raising quotations, invoices and ensuring clients are satisfied at all times. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to respond to clients accurately whilst also preparing an invoice or tracking a delivery and dealing with an internal investigation. Ability to multi task effectively is a must for this role.
We are looking for a positive, conscientious, organised, reliable Administrator to join our hardworking, customer focused team.
A good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication by email using good literacy and ability to multi task. Candidates should show initiative and work very well under pressure.
Duties will include:
Dealing with quotations, queries and complaints and logging them accordingly and following them through service providers and or other departments for full resolution
Meeting Client Reporting Deadlines, daily, weekly and monthly and invoicing deadlines
Liaising with staff internally and service providers to ensure client satisfaction at all times
Problem solving surrounding delivery issues or any other client queries
Making tea & coffee, escorting visitors internally
General Office Administration and paperwork archiving
The right candidate will be:
Confident and friendly in nature
Have the ability to multi task and have exceptional organisation skills
Show attention to detail
This role would suit someone with proven Administration experience who would like to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
Basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel is a must
Knowledge of Word would be advantageous.
There is a shift pattern in the role and you must be available to work both shifts -
10.30am-7pm and 7.00am-3.30pm alternative weeks. Monday - Friday
