The duties will include:
* Dealing with all inbound calls
* Helping customers with their queries regarding their orders.
* Taking payments, providing fantastic customer service at all times and logging all calls efficiently and effectively on their internal database so basic administration tasks will be required.
* Any other ad hoc and admin duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills - confident communicating over the telephone. You will have experience/knowledge using computers and confident with Microsoft packages.
