Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has risen for a Contracts Advisor to join our leading client in the waste industry, based in Wrexham.

The main purpose of the role involves the processing of new customer contracts and administering the smooth transition from the new customer's current supplier. You will be working with legal terms and conditions of contracts for your customers and competitors, so attention to detail is imperative in this role.

This role also deals with customers on a daily basis, making up to 60+ outbound calls a day. You will also deal with inbound inbound calls and emails, working on an account management basis where each team member has their own customer accounts to handle.

The successful candidate:

Experience within an account management role and/or call centre environment
Experience dealing with high volume calls in a busy and demanding environment
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Ability to build rapport
Knowledge of waste industry an advantage but not essential

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Wrexham

Salary: £18k
