Our client is a successful and well-established business who need extra help over their busy period - Christmas! The role is temporary up until Christmas and they work shift patterns as follows:

* Working 5 days out of 7 (including on Saturday or Sunday each week)

* Shifts are earliest 8am-4pm (2) and latest 12pm- 8pm (2) Monday to Friday (max three late shifts per week)

* Plus 9am-5pm Sat or Sun(1)

So you must be available until end of December and be able to commit to the role. Some of the main duties for the Customer Service Advisor include:

* Handling all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner

* Responding to emails from customers

* Updating the database as required - good data entry skills required

* Providing advice on products and stock on the website, etc. Checking availability of products

* Following up on any queries to ensure customer is happy

* General administrative duties as required

* Working to deadlines when required

The Customer Service Advisor will have a confident telephone manner, have experience of dealing with people from all backgrounds and have a good sense of humour. You will be based in a friendly and fun office environment and you will have a positive attitude when it comes to work.
