On a day to day basis, your key responsibilities are;
- talking to clients on the telephone to explain about the conveyancing process
- carrying out due diligence checks on clients to verify their identity
- scanning and uploading documents onto our case management system
- checking client details are accurate and passing the case to our lawyers
You need to enjoy talking to clients, be really good when it comes to details, and want to work somewhere that is lively and fun. We do work hard but offer free Coke and of course all the best music from your favourite Spotify playlist.
