On-Site Recruitment Manager

You'll need to have demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience with strong direct sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn and social media. You will have previously managed a small team of recruiters and will be motivated by ensuring your team's success. Experience of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must, and you'll need to be adept at CRM database management.
What you'll be doing:
Coach, mentor and manage a team of 3 recruiters.
Manage the end to end process of recruitment including selection, arranging interviews, offer management and on-boarding.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers.
Plan and prioritise all campaign recruitment activity ensuring tight but achievable SLAs are met.
Manage advertising and candidate attraction budgets and ensure all adverts are placed in line with company procedures.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
