Pertemps is currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work in financial services.
As a HR Advisor, you will be to providing administrative HR support to the business and the HR team. This role is a contract of 6 months with the likelihood to extend.
About the Company
Working for a leading financial services organisation within the motor industry. The company provide premium products and services.
• Support the HR Team ensuring that all reporting, planning and analysis activities are carried out to a high degree of accuracy.
• As a HR Advisor, you will be ensuring that all admin tasks are progressed timely through the HR systems
• Managing HR Inbox and task list
• Manage the administration of the employee lifecycle process.
• Management of payroll
Required skills and experience
• Quick leaner and can work cross functionally
• IT literature
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 will be valuable
• Strong communication and influencing skills are essential
• Parking availability
• Public transport
