This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing venture for Options Resourcing. Due to continued growth from our branch, we are looking to employ a Resourcer to support the branch and enable further growth.
*To provide clerical support to the branch.
*To assist the branch's weekly payroll in line with the Organisations set policies and compliance criteria.
*To be the first point of contact for clients and candidates contacting the branch
*To effectively register new and update existing candidates on the Organisations in house database.
Duties / Responsibilities
The Resourcer's main areas of responsibility are up-selling, account development, resourcing, payroll and various administrative duties. Product knowledge, client and market knowledge must be sufficient to give the client and candidate confidence.
Client Service, Account Development and Up-selling
*Temporary worker supply is checked to ensure attendance
*Questions regarding extra business possibilities at every call
*Accurate job profiles are gained for every booking and matched with an operative to clients satisfaction
*Creates a weekly time plan for the team
*Aware of signs /opportunities available on clients site, through being inquisitive e.g. lead generation
*Locate and secure candidates for positions
*Carry out required reference checking
*Build and maintain a database of available candidates
*Maximise % margin when filling vacancies
*Ensure company recruitment procedures are followed at all times
*Obtain candidate appraisals when finishing a contract
*Management of candidate database
*Advert response sheets are collated and filled out correctly at all times
*Ensure sales consultants are given sales leads from referencing / advert response
*Promptly answering all inbound telephone calls and directing them accordingly.
*Placing job advertisements.
*Gather completed timesheets from both clients and candidates so they may be processed before the Organisations payroll deadline.
*Ensure that registration forms are sent to candidates
Health and Safety & Environmental
*Promote 100% compliance to the Organisation's Health and Safety policies and procedures. Work with all colleagues to promote Health and Safety as an absolute priority for the Organisation.
*Communicate and promote the Organisation's absolute commitment to Health and Safety in the Client and candidate marketplace
