Our client a global leader in the aviation services industry based in HATTON CROSS has a new and exciting opportunity for a HR Support Coordinator supporting the HR, and Additional services departments

Based in HATTON CROSS NEAR HEATHROW AIRPORT

HR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

The role:

As the HR support coordinator, you will be part of a large support team

This brand new role would suit someone with a keen interest in pursuing a role within an office based environment, with a particular interest in HR

The duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

HR Duties:

Administer new starters and leavers, update in house system

Provide payroll information by collating time and attendance records

Support the HR Manager to maintain a confidential and GDPR compliant filing system and HR office environment

Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.

Finance Duties:

Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Finance Department.

Additional Services:

Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Additional Services Department

Profile:

The successful candidate must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

Ability to work independently and use own initiative

Respectful professional approach toward co workers and external suppliers and clients

Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity

Be flexible in approach

Demonstrate sound work ethics

Team player

Excellent interpersonal skill

Experience:

At least 6 months experience in either a HR, or office administration role

The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

The ability to prioritise and co-ordinate workloads effectively.

Strict attention to detail

Ability to work individually or as an effective team member to meet the requirements and deadlines of the office functions

Competent in the use of basic Microsoft package

Salary:

* £9.50 PER HOUR
* 09.00 - 17.30
* MON - FRI

After a successfull 12 week qualifying period a permanent contract directly with the client will be ofered

Interviews are being held on a one to one basis at our clients premises in Hatton Cross
