Key Stage One Teacher - Buntingford

Responsibilities:

  • Create a secure, caring and stimulating environment where the children see learning as purposeful, challenging and enjoyable
  • Provide an independent approach to learning based on first hand experiences which open up natural curiosity
  • Dedicate yourself and take every opportunity to expand every child's learning experience
  • Promote and support the children as independent learners
  • Encourage children to develop a sense of responsibility and respect for their school, the wider community and the environment
  • Have clear routines for the daily management of resources, work areas and children's belongings

Requirements:

  • Hold qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be resilient and have a determined approach
  • Be able to engage with a wide range of pupils
  • Have fantastic communication skills, and not be afraid to voice new ideas
