This world renowned property management firm are seeking a confident, professional Receptionist to act as an ambassador for one of their buildings based in the centre of Liverpool.

Assisting a high volume of visitors on a daily basis, responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the reception desk
  • Issuing of visitor passes
  • Establishing a positive and professional working relationship with staff, tenants and contractors
  • Answering tenant calls and the on-site intercom system
  • Ensuring the premises and property are maintained to the highest standards at all times
  • Direct queries to third parties as needed
  • Sign in deliveries for tenants

Receptionist - what we're looking for:

  • Previous Front of House Reception experience is essential both corporate and hospitality experience considered
  • A confident and engaging manner
  • Polished and professional presentation
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and deal with demanding situations
  • A flexible approach to work patterns
