CH0203 - HR Business Partner Investigations

For Falkirk Council employees this is a secondment opportunity. Prior to application please obtain confirmation from your current Line Manager that you can be released to take up this secondment opportunity, should you be successful.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent with Chartered Membership of the CIPD. Working within our HR Operations Team you will undertake disciplinary investigations, preparing and presenting reports to senior managers at disciplinary hearings.
You will have a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will work 17.5 hours per week.
This post is temporary until 31st March 2019 due to budget restrictions.
