My client is looking for an ID Services Administrator & Designer to join their team. The purpose of this role is to provide a strong level of support, interaction, follow-up and administrative management between Sales Team, Card Services Manager and customer-base. You will be a critical component to the relationship with customers and will be the central point in helping them finalize a variety of post-close order processing, including the creation, amendment and approval of ID design proofs.


?Responsible for administration work across two brands

?Act as the main point of contact for customers in order to manage their post-close order process
?Assist the Card Services Manager and Sales team in the following-up and processing of orders, artwork specification and other general information as required
?Field inbound requests (emails, phone calls, etc.) from customers and manage requests or route them to the Card Services Manager as appropriate

?Manage the post-close handling of orders onto SalesForce and stock management systems
?Assist with the design creation, proofing, amendments and approval of all ID designs with both customers and suppliers
?Contribute to the graphical output on social media and help maintain website content and imagery for
?Assist with follow-up calls and emails to customers and prospects for appointments and communications
?Provide administrative and other support functions to the ID Services Manager as required
?Assist the ID Services Manager in building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and other third party resellers
?Contribute to weekly metric and other results reporting

?Perform other sales-related follow-up and administration functions as required by the team
?Perform additional ad hoc tasks as of when required

?Flexibility to increase hours during times of annual leave to help cover for ID Services Manager and ID Procurement Manager - approx 10 weeks per year.


?Experience of working within an administration role

?Experience of graphics editing software such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
?Hold a Level 2 Business Administration and/or relevant qualification would be advantageous
?Excellent written & verbal communication skills

?A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

?Experience of using CRM systems such as SalesForce.

?An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

?An ability to work independently and as a team

?Good administrative skills

?Demonstrates perseverance, planning and organisational skills.
