Our lovely client in Redhill is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a great role for someone who wants to work for a well established company and has strong admin and customer support skills

Duties include:

  • Processing Applications
  • Processing payments
  • Preparing Job Packs
  • Answering Phone call and resolving customer queries (Customer contact by email and phone)
  • Assisting teams with general administration duties

Skills/Attributes

  • 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (including Mathematics and English Language), or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Good organisational skills
  • Capable of following procedures and systematic processes
  • Self-motivated
  • A confident and mature outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and disciplines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
