Head of Operational Delivery

Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Operational Delivery to join our team. Thanks to our numerous locations across the UK, we are flexible to where this role is based, but travel both in the UK and internationally will be required. An excellent benefits package is available which includes a salary of around £50,000 (depending on experience) and 33 days holiday each year.
In your role as Head of Operational Delivery, you'll lead the design; delivery and embedding of operational support through 3 key areas in the UK, South Africa and India: Operational Communications, Dialler Management and Risk & Reward Management. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you'll bring together these operational delivery functions to optimise delivery through shared headcount and common objectives, working closely with operational leaders to ensure optimisation of best practice.
Alongside this, you will work to maximise our dialling opportunities providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. You will need to ensure Ofcom and regulatory requirements are met at all times. You'll also manage and report risk models providing ongoing analysis and recommendations. Finally, you'll also create and implement an operational comms structure that promotes employee engagement, supporting our Clients to deliver key messages to the team.
You'll lead in the development of tools that support senior stakeholders mitigate risk and maximise reward on applicable campaigns through delivering valuable insights and clear visibility of performance.
To be considered for this role, you'll ideally be degree educated and should have considerable experience in cross functional stakeholder and relationship management. You'll have outstanding verbal and written communication skills with engaging presentation skills.
Of course, you'll be equipped with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. You'll be commercially aware with strong and demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to translate these into recommendations. Finally, you'll have experience working on dialler strategy and intense knowledge of BPO operational processes.
