Due to exceptional growth, our client who are a legal firm based in Watford are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to provide admin support to a newly created Claims Department for mis-sold mortgages. Your main role will be to support and provide administrative support to the team.

What will you be doing:

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Opening, sorting and distribution of post
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Sifting through paperwork
  • Answering the phones when required
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Typing letters and invoices
  • Other general office administration duties

  • Friendly and approachable
  • A tidy appearance
  • Team player with the ability to use their initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient use of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
  • Have good written and oral communication
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to remain confidential

Previous experience of working within a fast paced environment is essential, as is the ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimal supervision.
