- Introduce comprehensive business planning and risk management processes.
- Annual budget setting and financial planning.
- Support the Chief Executive on business plan and strategy.
- Lead, manage and motivate the finance team.
- Review financial processes and update systems of accounting and control.
- Establish good working relationships with staff at all levels across the organisation
- Ad hoc duties
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of operating within the affordable housing or registered landlord sector. You will have experience of ensuring rigorous processes and controls are adhered to and have the capability of creating excellent working relationships at all levels.
£500 per day.
