DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES:
•Maintain master schedules
•Create work center load reports
• Draw up master schedule to establish sequences and lead times for each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
• Work toward and maintain 100% on time delivery
• Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks, goals, and self-manage to bring about positive measurable results to the company and customers
• Demonstrate the skills and abilities needed to plan and schedule the resources of personnel and equipment
• Demonstrate and distribute work center load reports and utilization
• Conduct meetings and plan with each department to coordinate the activities
• Organize and report on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Drive monthly sales
• Manage OEE and optimize labor and schedules
• Work with team to ensure families of parts are assigned to work centers
• Plan, organize, and schedule meetings as needed
• Record trends of Efficiency and Utilization and maintain visual boards
• Works toward standard work flows
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
• Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times
• Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
•Prepare production reports
• Bachelor Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Knowledge of Kan ban and Takt time
•Knowledge of OEE metric
• Ability to work independently and in teams
•Understand lead times
• Possess a visual management system

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
