They dominate the Remortgage / Sale & Purchase / Lender / Panel and New Build market and so with such solid business behind them, they offer unmatched job security, training and development JOB SUMMARY - You will be working within a high- vo lu me resid en ti a l co nvey a n c in g e nvironment and shoul d be able t o : - Ca rry ou t general administrative duties to a high st anda rd; - Commun i ca t e with c li en ts and third pa rties in a p r o fes siona l manner; - Pro vi de good cu st om er service CURRENT EXPERIENCE: You will have experience working in a busy office environment - in Legal; Customer Service; Call Centre or similar and will be now seeking to use the skills & experience to move into a long term Legal career DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Attaching legal correspondence to files electronically; Dealing with legal enquiries; Proactively chasing third parties; and Chasing sale memorandum's, landlords details, initial payments for searches, obtaining copies of client identification; Obtaining redemption statements; Confirming instructions. Manage a small caseload of simple freehold transactions (circa 40) under direct supervision of the Team Leader/Conveyancing Manager, until such time as your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases. Core hours are Mon-Fri from 9am - 5pm, however shifts outside of these hours such as 10am -6pm, 11am - 7pm & 12am - 8pm may be required from time to time. COMMUNICATION SKILLS - You will be able to l iaise with clients, recommenders, conveyancers, agents and third parties. This will include communication in person, in writing, or by telephone.
