Senior Office Administrator/Receptionist - Mayfair, London.
A well-established, leading Wealth Manager based in the heart of Central London is looking to add a well organised, detail oriented and personable Office Administrator to its team.
Working with this small but successful business employing circa 40 people in London, you will provide administrative and operational support to the entire business alongside another Office Administrator.
Some of your typical duties will include, but aren't limited to: providing administrative support to the sales, marketing, wealth planning & portfolio management departments, meeting and greeting clients in reception, preparing meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, answering calls as well as assisting with any ad-hoc duties requested by senior management.
As the role will be broad ranging in responsibility, you need to be well organised, have great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. To be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have experience working within the Financial Services industry coupled with excellent, first class communication skills, both written and verbally. Our client is also expecting that you will have an abundance of previous working experience in a similar role.
