Sales Executive - Business Development Manager

An opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate would be someone with a minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience working in a busy and dynamic team. Ideally you will have a background in either construction or recruitment although this is not a pre-requisite. Working within a competitive market place you will be a self-motivated, focused and strongly target driven individual with the ability to work under pressure.

The high standards we attain have led us to be involved with some high profile projects across London and the South East. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
* Establish, Grow and Manage a portfolio of clients;
* Tele-sales and cold calling;
* Generate/source leads from a variety of sources to identify new business opportunities;
* Appointment making - Contact leads with the aim of qualifying and obtaining and making sales meetings;
* Data cleansing - Outbound calling to validate contacts and their details within the CRM;
* Meeting & exceeding KPI's;
* Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of all stakeholders is at the heart of what we do.
* Existing B2B sales experience;
* Cold calling, lead generation and appointment making;
* Commercial awareness - the ability to understand commercial challenges, interpret data and identify associated business opportunities;
* Strong personal organisation - the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure key targets are met;
* Articulate and professional telephone and face to face manner;
* Personal Drive - a highly motivated, self-starter who is prepared to go 'the extra mile';
* Experience of Microsoft Office is essential: Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Degree educated
