The Multi-Skilled Craftsman performs a wide range of general maintenance tasks relating to the plumbing, HVAC trades, such as trouble shooting VAV boxes, FCU and AHU; repairing and installing plumbing fixtures and components like flushometers, supply lines, stems, traps, handles, etc.; unclogging drain lines. Cleans and cares for shop and Hospital tools and work areas throughout the Hospital. May need to perform duties in other areas, as directed. Responds quickly and appropriately to customer requests. Presents a positive image of Adventist Healthcare through professional appearance and behavior.
Qualified candidates will possess:
• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC certification required

Full-time days; Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Some weekend work required, typically one weekend every 9 weeks.
On-call is required. Employee will be on-call once a month for a one week period.
