Description

As a product architect in this domain, you will be in charge of defining and designing both the target and transitional functional architectures on the following portfolios:

1. Sourcing-to-Pay (S2P), covering the entire process in its end-to-end vision

- Source To Contract: Supplier Relationship Management tool and Sourcing Raw Materials

- Procure To Receipt: transactional execution in our different ERPs (eBusiness Suite ou Microsoft Business Central)

- Invoice To Pay: from the capture of the supplier invoice to the execution of the payment (eBusiness Suite + Tradeshift)

- S2P Analytics tools associated with the process to monitor group KPIs (Corporate DataLake) and the application (Look3) for planning and simulation of purchasing costs

2. Management of Industrial Stocks (Direct/Indirect Manufacturing) to ensure the correct valuation of industrial stocks (including cost calculation + quantity monitoring + intra-group invoicing) to feed the associated accounting process in the company's ERP tool and well integrated with process manufacturing tools (manged by the business entity DOMF).

Within the product platform, you are the Product (covering Application, Data, Integration)

Architecture focal point:

  • Deeply understand the end-users problems to solve and continuously add value to the enduser experience by architecting functional evolutions of the product
  • Manage the life cycle of the product and its applicative components (from ideation to end of life), the strategy and the roadmap based on usage, value harvesting and technical debt.
  • Define and design the architecture of the applicative components targeting business, the standards and best practices.
  • Works with the Full-stack architect to define the architecture runway for the products she/he's working on and lead the execution of this runway with the delivery squads.
  • Support, explain, promote and communicate product evolutions and strategy.
  • Consider the system as a whole and contribute to end to end Architecture studies in which its given product is concerned
  • Based on expressed needs not covered by standard solutions, propose new studies, defining priorities between studies and what has to be included in standard solutions or not.
  • Lead the collaboration between all actors to obtain understood and shared functional architecture decisions
  • Contribute to the architecture document describing among other, the architecture functional decisions and the applicative & data layer of the architecture needed by a product.
  • Educates/coaches delivery teams in design and architecture consideration to develop their judgement and increase their autonomy

In collaboration with the others products of the domain: you are a main contributor to the overall integration for a given domain.

  • Contribute to the definition of the complete Domain, strategic orientations and roadmaps. This included optimized integration of the product but globally optimize efficiency for the end users as function of the different usages validated by the business roadmaps.
  • Ensure the alignment between IS Architecture and business goals when products are required, developed and deployed
  • Build reusable Architecture patterns and blueprints, managed in a shared repository.
  • Pay attention to, follow, and evaluate the business evolutions, developments and
    deployments of the market in link with the domain.

Within the Enterprise Architecture network, you promote and contributes to innovation and global IS/IT strategy deployment:

  • Support, explain, promote, communicate and contribute to Enterprise architecture patterns and blueprints.
  • Represent and engage delivery teams during Enterprise Architecture reviews.
  • Contribute to software packages sourcing (including contractual aspects with DGA).
  • Contribute to maintain & manage our products/applications portfolio/referential
