IT Support Engineer

My client based in Kerry are looking for IT Support Engineer on a contract basis for 12 months.

Shifts will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm onsite at the client's office in Kerry.

Day rate 100-110 Euros

The right candidate will have:

• Experience in a client-facing desktop support role
• Good experience in dealing with end-user IT support issues and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, PC Hardware, and Application support.
• Understanding of Networks
• Good Understanding of ITIL processes
• Hand on Experience on ITSM tools like Service Now
• Brilliant client-facing and written and verbal communication skills.
