HR MANAGER

An excellent small manufacturing company with strong growth over the past 5+ years is seeking an HR Leader to be a part of the senior leadership team and own the Human Resources function of the business. This person will be both hands-on and tactical, but also strategic to help the organization grow into their next phase of development.
The operation has roughly 100 employees and has recently upgraded their manufacturing facility by way of a new location, plant layout, improved processes and equipment. Additionally, they have opened up a new location in downtown Denver.
This person will lead and be a part of a department of two and responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, learning and development, with an emphasized focus in policy and procedure development. They will be called upon to improve training, onboarding and L&D programs. Additionally, the individual needs to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and having high visibility in the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- PHR or SPHR Certification is highly desired
- 7+ years' total experience
- Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience
- Background with building and improving an HR department
- Ownership mentality, self-directed, with hands-on mindset
Compensation: $80-100K + Bonus + 401K + Benefits
