Hiring: M&A Tech Lead - USA, 6 months, Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an M&A Tech Lead for an initial contract of 6 months with one of our key FMCG clients. This role is fully remote.
You will be responsible for facilitating collaboration and communication in between the ventures and the client. The client is looking for someone who has deep ERP knowledge as well as a good understanding in the Salesforce area.

Roles and Responsibilities of the M&A Tech Lead:

  • Team up with the M&A IT leads to align best practices along all stakeholders
  • Partner with ventures to align that all are within the technology and security standards
  • Partner with the client's larger functions, for example internal controls and finance
  • Understand market trend, innovations, needs, create roadmaps and portfolio

The M&A Tech Lead should have the following skill set:

  • You have strong experience with consulting, and experience in system implementations, merger integrations, business transformation and change management
  • Recent experience in Salestech, eCommerce, Martech or Adtech
  • Technology background
  • Strong fact-gathering and analytical skills
  • Leadership mindset and a go getter attitude

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Length of contract: Initial duration of 6 months, extendable based on performance
  • Type of contract: Freelancer
