Guildford/Hybrid - 3 Days in Studio Per Week

Multiplayer Game Designer to join a Bafta winning independent game studio who focus on the design of storytelling and cinematography driven games.

This is a life changing opportunity for an individual who has a passion for enhancing User Interface.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a UI Artist to a senior level within the gaming industry.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Designing superior and engaging UI and motion design content
• Communicating with key stakeholders eg, Art Director, Game Designer
• Creating production art assets
• Working with a Front End programmer to ensure accurate implementation
• Working towards project timelines in a high-pressure production space
• Collaborating with the art team and other team members.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

• 3+ years' experience as a UI Artist
• A solid portfolio showcasing immersive UI, motion graphic animation and 2D art
• Experience in designing game menus and UI
• Experience in all stages of a project life cycle for at least one shipped title
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in Game Development
• Experience with UI/UX Software: Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma
• Experience with User Testing, Style Guides, prototyping processes
• Experience with Unreal Engineer 4.
