Workday Core HCM Consultant

HR Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound Workday Core HCM knowledge for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Taking responsibility as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday
• Collaborating with other technical SMEs and being a troubleshooter
• Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
• Analyzing data discrepancies and improving data quality

Your experience/knowledge:

• Profound knowledge in the Workday application especially in the following functional modules: Workday Core HCM and Workday Security
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Visio and Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Your soft skills:

• Great problem-solving skills and thorough coordination and organization skills
• Independent and accurate working style plus committed, assertive and communicative personality
