Open Banking Support Specialist

You will be responsible for optimising the support of the organisation's partners and looking to on-board/connect to API's and ongoing sustainment support.
You will have previous experience of supporting Customer integration and have an excellent technical knowledge of API's, preferably in a Banking environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing feedback and common issues and will approach the strategy around developing and enhancing the API ecosystem and support material.
- Provide API support on technical, operational and business field
- Troubleshoot API bugs and issues.
- Quality Assurance to assure APIs meet the needs of those Partners
- Case Management and resolution of Partner needs
- Experience in working on API development programmes
- Financial services experience
- Experience in prioritising work load
