My global Insurance client is looking for a Technical Support admin, skilled with Teradata DBA for a long-term contract located in Brussels on a hybrid working pattern.

My global Insurance client is looking for a Technical Support admin, skilled with Teradata DBA for a long-term contract located in Brussels on a hybrid working pattern.
Responsibilities:
- Householding, capacity planning
- Performance tuning support
- Security
- Backup/restore
- Unity follows up to provide DRP
- Coordinate and follow up the security and OS patchings done by Teradata
- Any trainings required will also be provided!
- Knowledge of database theory and design
- Knowledge of structured query landscape (SOL)
- General understanding of operating systems eg Linux
- General understanding of storage technologies
- Good experience with maintaining a database production environment, including back-up restore activities.
- Good knowledge with Python
- Experience in similar role with Oracle, DB2, MySQL
