Your area of work:

Build and maintains several applications to provide my clients customers, performing and efficient tools to manage Order Routing and Transfer, Custody or Settlement activities over multiple type of media.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development, design and maintenance of the Custody & Brokerage application
• Write technical documents, delivery good quality code and must be a problem solver
• Working as part of an application development unit reporting to a Development team leader

Your Profile:

• University degree in a computer based discipline
• 5 years plus of practical experience with development of standard & enterprise Java applications
• Excellent Java programming skills
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with version control (GIT, GitHub) and issue tracking (JIRA) systems
• Experience with following technologies is a plus:
  1. Javascript/jquery/bootstrap
  2. Spring (Framework, Boot, Security, Data, Integration)
  3. Java EE Back End technologies eg JPA (Hibernate), JMS (AMQ, OAQ), EJB)
  4. Frontend technologies: Angular 6+, npm, webpack
  5. Maven, Lombok, Liquibase
  6. Java EE Application Servers eg JBoss
  7. UML usage, design patterns
  8. Jenkins, Sonar integration tools
  9. Knowledge of testing tools such as Junit, Mocking Frameworks, Cucumber
  10. Knowledge of Oracle Database Server and PL/SQL
