Product Owner (PO) - Fully Remote- 6 month contract

Robson Bale are looking for a Product Owner to come on board for an initial 6-month remote based out of Belgium/remote.

6 month contract.

The ideal candidate would be someone who can be/has:

- Focus on value creation, growth and serving customers for one or several product(s)

• Develop owned product(s) vision and synchronize it with tribe leads and other relevant PO
• Scope MVP taking into account existing resource constraints and sustained development of product
• Maximize value of the product/service through its development & implementation
• Keep the expected quality level through the whole process based on defined acceptance criteria
• Ensure that Risks and Compliance aspects are identified and managed

- Set targets and works' priorities for the squad

• Build squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals
• Facilitate squad meetings to update products to update product backlog and ensure common understanding
• Interact with other teams and tribe through ceremonies to support cross-team tasks and to break silo's

- Empower the squad team

• Participate in regular meetings with chapter lead, agile coach & scrum master to assess the squad performance
• Create an atmosphere of confidence & trust to stimulate experimentation, learning & motivation in reaching the objectives
• Define the required capacity and product/domain expertise to become a high performing team
