IT Global Delivery Transformation Lead

An IT Global Delivery Transformation Lead is required on a perm basis, ideally based in Belgium or France but will also consider Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland or Portugal.
This role will be working onsite 1 day a week (at the most) with the rest of the week WFH.
Working for a global infrastructure business, as IT Site Delivery Transformation Lead you will be responsible for a large team spanning across various countries.
Our client initiated a profound transformation earlier this year and this transformation positioned digital technologies as key drivers to make it happen. It requires them to change the way they operate, to maximize value across the organization, and adapt to a faster pace of change while ensuring business continuity.
They are now building a new Digital-Technology organisation, developing skills and competencies to reinvent progress and to create sustainable shared value for all.
As a transformation lead, define the strategy and implement the path to answer to the business continuity and digital transformations challenges at site level (industrial/R&I/administrative sites), capitalizing on what is existing today with the network of IS Site Service Coordinators, and identifying/implementing the transformation drivers. At the granularity of one or several sites, the role of IT Site Service Specialist is seen as the mirror, on IT platform side, of the Digital Champion role, on GBU side working with Digital products, focusing on business continuity and local project coordination and delivery.

Master's degree in a relevant course of studies
Experience with IT Business and Site strategic and operational topics
Knowledge of problematics and context for Industrial and R&I sites

This role offers great benefits and will pay between 80k EURO to 150k EURO P/A depending on experience
