For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced SAP Application Manager to start on a long assignment in Paris

The purpose of the mission is to contribute to build a Worldwide SAP S/4 Support Organization and its main operating processes

* Organize and follow the end users support in RUN mode
* Target Support organization: identify the best target organization, prepare and manage the AMS RFP process if any decided
* Manage the current support organization (based on L2 Assistance operated by offshore factory and L3 operated by Core Team)
* Set-up and follow-up Support KPI and SLA
* Animate the ERP Support activity reviews with business representatives/IT BP/Stream leaders
* Set-up and animate the referees (business users designated as 1st level of assistance to end users) community
* Follow up the knowledge-base and Q&A Forms

* Application management
* Users and authorization management: design stronger and more efficient processes, identify to process improvement leveraging GRC, coordinate SOD reviews,
* Be the SPOC of IT compliance and Internal control team to follow-up audit action plan
* Contribute to release management and change control processes
* Coordinate Core Model enhancements for ERP live companies
* Follow post project closure action plan with business representatives/IT BP/Stream leaders
* Drive cross-stream core model enhancements (from demand assessment to production promotion)

* y proven experience in SAP Application Support position(s) (functional and technical expertise with SAP)
* IT Processes mindset/Strong Continuous Improvement Methods knowledge and practice
* Business and Functions knowledge on Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance activities with Enabling Technologies exposure (eg ERP, Productivity Tools roll out ) ;
* Ability to lead specific studies/assignments with internal and/or external resources and functions
* Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
* Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* English fluent (worldwide context)

This is a long assignment, 3 days on site in Paris.
