Senior Support Engineers x 4

The senior systems engineers are part of the Windows Server Team and help fulfil the tasks for which the team is responsible.

A non-exhaustive list of the tasks are:

- Follow up and resolve 2nd and 3rd line incidents
- Perform minor implementation questions related to the Services offered
- Perform line-of-Business releases on Application Servers
- Perform maintenance of the Citrix XenDesktop Servers/Remote Desktop Session Hosts
- General maintenance and follow-up of the Windows Server park

The proposed candidates must at least meet the following competencies. These are listed in order of importance. This must be evident from the candidate's CV. Candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements will not be invited for an interview.

Technical competences:

- Demonstrable knowledge of and demonstrable experience (5 years) with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
- Demonstrable knowledge of and demonstrable experience (5 years) with Windows Server 2012 or higher
- Demonstrable knowledge of and demonstrable experience (5 years) with Windows Infrastructure Services (DHCP, DNS, PXE) & Firewalling technology

Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies are considered advantages:

- Windows PowerShell
