Experience:
5 to 10 years of Project Management experience (preferably in implementation of HR or Financial tools or any other tool) Knowledge in HR would be appreciated Goal oriented with strong organization and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent relationship building skills and consultative advisory ability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We are looking for a HRIS Project Manager/Chef de projet SIRH for our international client based in Lyon. Our client is a major player in the global food chain. Our client's goal is to digitalize its HR service delivery model to improve their employee experience and better support remote working practices. They are conducting pilot projects in Geneva and in Singapore of a specialized platform (PeopleDoc) to check and assess the readiness of their organization to adopt a digital delivery model. If the pilot project is successful, they will expand to other countries. Project Manager shall perform the following tasks: Structure the projects goals and prioritize the deliverables with the team members and other stakeholders Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure that projects remain on track and are in line with business goals and expectations Communicate the progress of projects to other business stakeholders and management Facilitate the functional and technical workshops and discussions Build and maintain project plans, outline deliverables and facilitate meetings to communicate progress to project team and keep projects on schedule Actively manage risks and mitigations throughout the project to avoid issues Communicate with the team daily and the management on a weekly basis Schedule progress meetings, ensure minutes, log issues and decisions (weekly progress reports and weekly meeting minutes) Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting outcomes and next steps. Ensure next steps are actioned, following up with key stakeholders as needed Project plans Monthly steering reports Monthly activity reviews Multiple smaller projects: Follow-up rollout of Workday' time tracking for Switzerland Coordinate HR Reporting technical platforming Coordinate new LMS (Learning Management Systems ) study
