Embedded Software Manager - Fareham / Portsmouth / Southampton

Salary: £75-80k + bonus, benefits and good pension!

IC Resources are working on behalf of one of the market leaders within high performance video, communications and broadcasting.

This position is for a highly motivated and passionate Embedded Software Manager to lead the embedded software team working on new and exciting product development. This role will allow the successful Embedded Software Manager to be innovative, whilst also looking to grow the team as they continue to expand and grow. You will get the opportunity to produce technology at the forefront of the industry, to be utilised within a variety of different sectors from live sport broadcasting to street surveillance systems.

What's Required?

• You will have experience of leading a development team previously
• It is essential that you have in-depth knowledge of embedded C/ C++ programming
• You will come across as personable, enthusiastic and motivated
• You will be able to understand how to interact with different personality types to lead an effective development team
