1st Level Helpdesk Supporter vacancy for our Zug based client in the commodity trading sector.
- Recording and handling any received request within a committed timeframe
- Communicating and following up the person who raised an incident
- Ensuring the documentation of various issues and their related solution as well as their accessibility
- Participating in stand-up meetings related to reviewing production issues and ensuring the documentation process
- Cooperating with the 2nd level support team for complex issues
- Experience as 1st Level Support
- Expertise in classifying incoming user questions with appropriate processing
- Fluent English skills, verbally and written, German is a plus

- Ability to work in a pro-active way, independently and in a team
