Senior IT Service Delivery Manager - €70-80K

Irish State Organisation with significant responsibility for regulatory governance related to travel urgently requires a Senior ICT Service Delivery Manager (SDM to join their team at the organisation's central Dublin HQ.

The organisation currently operates a lean IT model which involves the outsourcing to the support and management 2 of the infrastructure to a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

The Senior ICT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing key strategic ICT suppliers (Particularly the MSP), ensuring ICT services are delivered to agreed Services Levels and reporting on ICT Service Delivery KPIs.

Located Near Dublin City Centre, this role offers seasoned service delivery specialists the chance to play a key role in upgrading of the Organisation's IT Infrastructure.

PLEASE NOTE - This role is permanent, and is offered on a hybrid basis and the Service Delivery Manager will be required onsite in central Dublin 1-2 days per week

Responsibilities of role

Maintaining positive relationships with customers Establishing and leading service review programme with customers
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery to them
Leading the service delivery service suppliers and teams, managing conflict, and ensuring processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
Building partnerships and liaising with service team leads to determine the services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues
Managing service delivery against agreed service levels and commercial commitments
Managing service reporting by designing reporting structures, reviewing reports, and presenting reports at service review meetings
Present proposals, presenting at customer meetings and workshops and identifying new service opportunities
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services

Essential Candidate Requirements

Relevant qualification in Information Technology and or Business to HETAC Level 8.
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in similar role within medium to large organisation
Excellent communication and presentation Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Excellent Microsoft Office and data analytical skills
Strong time management and experience of working to tight timelines Strong prioritisation and goal setting skills with the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analysis and perception skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Strong focus on continuous development and improvement
Concern for order and quality with a habit of monitoring and checking work or information and insisting on adherence to agreed standards Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
