IT Technician - Providing Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Support Users: Workplace setup, End-user desktop, ticketing, maintenance.
  • Support O365 solutions - Windows, Mac, Linux environments.
  • Work together with Managers and developpers to maintain and improve IT environment.
  • IOT users

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Support - service desk N1/N2.
  • Solid experience in Windows versions, MS Office versions, O365, Android and MAC.
  • Strong abilities: diagnostic and problem-solving.
  • Basic experience in Networking and datacenter.
  • Fluent in French and English B2 min
