- Global Support Users: Workplace setup, End-user desktop, ticketing, maintenance.
- Support O365 solutions - Windows, Mac, Linux environments.
- Work together with Managers and developpers to maintain and improve IT environment.
- IOT users
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Support - service desk N1/N2.
- Solid experience in Windows versions, MS Office versions, O365, Android and MAC.
- Strong abilities: diagnostic and problem-solving.
- Basic experience in Networking and datacenter.
- Fluent in French and English B2 min
