Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager who has a strong background in Audit, Risk or Compliance, ideally from within the Banking Industry.
This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Review and quality assurance of measures to improve governance, processes and controls as well as operational efficiency
- Coordinate and support implementation of measures imposed by Internal Audit or regulators
- Establish reports in relation to such measures
- Support in responding to regulatory queries and requests from Internal Audit
- Advise and support Senior management on regulatory and audit topics
- Support Senior management in any kind of special projects
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders in Trust Management, FLDS, Compliance and Risk Management
Your skills:
- 8+ years of experience as an SME in audit, regulatory, compliance or risk and control environment in the financial sector with solid PM experience
- Understanding of audit issues, regulatory requirements, risk and control matters in the financial sector
- Strong analytical skills paired with an ability to see the bigger picture
- Precise written and verbal communication
- Inclination to take on responsibility paired with attitude to get to the bottom of things and ability to push through decisions and findings
- An academic degree in law, economics, business administration or equivalent
