Role
- Responsible for the day to-day management of the UK and IE payroll to include adherence with the payroll deadlines.
- Maintenance of control sheets and reports in relation to payroll.
- Maintain accurate data on HR and payroll systems
- Ensure all statutory filings are managed and submitted on time
- Ensure employee pay is processed on time
- Manage payroll reporting and analytics
- Manage all communications with HR and teams ensuring an outstanding service level through clear communication and coordination internally.
- Work effectively with other teams to ensure the effective working relationship: HR, (Global Mobility and Total Rewards) Tax, Finance, Technology/IT, Operations.
- Work closely with the HRIS team ensuring systems integration.
- Engage with Service Providers to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are in place.
- Measure customer satisfaction on a regular basis and be self-critical internally in this regard - drive the correction of internal processes and procedures to constantly enhance this area.
- Manage SLAs (internal and external).
- Responsible for ensuring project delivery key performance indicators are monitored and improved upon.
- Work On ad-hoc projects and technical initiatives as assigned by the Senior Management Teams.Provide support and assistance to the HR team as required
Requirements
- Experience in the area of processing and managing UK and IE payrolls (ideally both).First class inter-personal skills coupled with strong influencing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent attention to detail whilst not losing sight of the big picture.
- Ability to work to pre agreed deadlines and strong payroll calendar management.
- Ability to organise workload and provide summarised reports for management.
- Must be motivated, professional and able to work on own initiative.
- Must be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent time management skills: a project-focused desire to set deadlines and outcomes with clear paths to completion.
- Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the Country Specific payroll market.
- 5+ years Payroll Experience
