My client, a leading Utilities specialist are looking to recruit a strong Administrator/Coordinator to work out of their offices based in the North London area.
Working as part of a specific team that deal with Water Seepage you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of seepage control on the London Underground and Overground stations, for both track and stations and Thames Water domestic seepage and trunk mains.
This is a fantastic opportunity, providing full training and excellent progression opportunities.
To be considered for the role you must have;
- Previous experience within an Administration/Coordinator role
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel - use of Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to manage your own workload in a busy fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong data management skills
The hours of work are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative.
