Advise, implement, test and maintain an extensible DevSecOps framework for the development teams providing best practices and guidelines
Coach and drive team members in DevSecOps activities
Setup/Integrate/Maintain general development services which eases development processes
Contribute with software engineers in solution design and implementation
Automate processes
Setup out of the box service (opensource)
Software integration, throttling and high availability
Security (IAM, OAuth)
Observability
Incident management
Contribute with QA Test engineers in setting up test environments

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following minimal required competencies/skills:

Strong analytical, pragmatic, collaborative person with strong communicative skills (In English)
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and processes
Strong experience and skills in managing on Prem Infrastructure following good security practices
IaC (Resource and configuration management), Security, Single source of truth
Strong experience with strong understanding of DevSecOps practices
CI pipeline, Multistaged CD pipeline with auto testing and quality Gateways, Security, Observability, Incident management
Strong knowledge of Software life cycle
Experience working with remote development teams to setup their environment in context of development, automation testing and deployment strategy
Strong skills in Linux server management (RHEL)
Experience in application containerization and cloud
