About the role:
1. Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
2. Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
3. Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
4. Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
5. Assist with onboarding of new users.
6. Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
7. Install, configure, and upgrade PC software
