D365 CRM/CE Consultant

D365 CRM/CE Consultant | Remote in Dublin | Up to €85,000

As my client continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to work on one of the largest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations in the country. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with great people in a fun, entrepreneurial, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service
• Communicate with business stakeholders and business analysts to ensure the solution design meets requirements
• Take part in the pre-sales process
• Assist in project planning process
• Identify project risks and participate in defining risk mitigation and control activities.
• Make recommendations on the allocation of resources to projects according to skills and capacity
• Provide mentoring support to developer resources

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

• Strong functional and technical knowledgeof Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft technology stack
• You will have worked before in a customer-facing role
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 - 2016 (5 years)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (5 years)
• 5 years .NET (C#)/ASP.NET (MVC) and SQL

Some experience in the following technologies would be advantageous but not essential:

• Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010
• Microsoft SSIS/SSAS
• Unit Testing Frameworks (such as NUnit)
• Kingswaysoft
