Salary: Up to 80,000 dependents upon experience

My client is currently looking for a Systems Advanced Quality Project Lead who will drive the implementation of (product) requirement management, and you will ensure the systematic built up of verification and validation evidence as well as support the project team with test planning, the use of tools and processes (prototyping, FMEA, User testing, Beta testing, data analyses, and others)

Needed Skills:
  • Practical knowledge of Quality Assurance methods, like Safe Launch, FMEA, Data Analytics, others.
  • Knowledge of SW Development processes and test methods (ISTQB), and SW/System verification and validation techniques (Alpha- and Beta testing).
  • Strong personality and experience with stakeholder management.
  • Team player and able to work in a cross-functional project team and managerial capabilities with respect to leadership and people influencing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the required quality aspects during all stages of development and release of new SW features and systems, aiming at fulfilling the customer expectation and the agreed quality targets (incl. safety, reliability, security, and privacy), predictably, with risks identified and countermeasures incorporated.
  • Ensure the proper documentation for all NPDL project phases of the needs of the customer and the business proposition (Voice of the Customer Tree, Value Proposition House, others), serving as input to feature specification up to (field)validation.
  • Support NPDL projects to adhere to our internal processes, especially requirements traceability and risk management: perform and maintain FMEAs and subsequent mitigation plans to manage risks.
  • Ensure proper definition and execution of the SW/System test plans (unit-, product testing, verification & validation (Alpha- and Beta testing), to ensure feature robustness and reliability and regulatory (privacy, security) compliance.
  • Participate in Critical to Quality (CTQ) flow-down sessions, defining specifications and translation to critical quality parameters tracked during Beta testing and Operation.
