Product Owner (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner ITSM Tooling You are in charge of:

• Agreeing upon the budget, necessary to have your scope managed in an agile way, mixing both day to day operations & application evolutions
• Managing the relations with the IT business representatives
• Defining its corresponding sourcing strategy
• Defining SLAs, OLAs, 3rd party contracts
• Managing & reporting internally within IT
• Developing the appropriate roadmap of our ITSM tooling
• Define the priorities of our backlog and have it continuously delivered

Key Skills:

• You have already managed an application ideally as a Product Owner
• Your agile mindset makes it possible that our ITSM tooling is continuously evolving
• You are in charge of having the right mix of profiles in your (virtual) team in order to make this happen
• You have a deep understanding of how IT operates, what kind of processes are needed to support its functioning and how this is to be translated into our portfolio of ITSM tools
• You preferably have experience in ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow
• You have budgeting experience
• You can express a vision, translate this into a roadmap and manage its operational roll out

Desirable Skills:

• You show leadership, are communicative and can easily set up the operational networking relations in a complex organization
• You are pragmatic but also result oriented
• You are hands on oriented
• You speak fluently ideally English, Dutch & French
