Product Manager - Internet Marketing - Hybrid or Remote (Location flexible) - up to €100K per annum

Claremont Consulting have recently partnered with the world's largest digital printing and production platform on the next stages of their massive hiring phase. As a Product Manager, you will be a key component in driving the business forward with energy and timed delivery.

The Role:
This is a Product Manager role focusing on the internal network order process and improvements in the admin tool they provide to their operations and partner manager teams. These are areas the business have noticed to receive neglect due to hard prioritisation over the years.

The chosen applicant will undertstand how tool improvements can make an almost immediate impact in terms of increasing efficiency, providing more transparency and reducing errors.

Main Responsiblities:
Set a clear and effective product vision for the given area combined with a long-term strategy.
Lead and support engineering teams to produce world-class solutions that unlock scale and vital speed for the overall business.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, think about how to make progress and evolve the company building from many problems that have already been solved.
Deep dive into the details and create a roadmap with incremental improvements that are needed to make the order processes more efficient.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gain a complete understanding of how orders flow through the modules.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 2-3 years from a similar type of PM position constructing a big picture and progressing an innovative business.
Strong understanding and advocation for qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
Good technical awareness and knowledge in order to be able work effectively withb engineers/developers.
Superb communication skills with evident abilities of influencing, structuring and planning long-term objectives for international teams.
Previous experience of working with tough user problems combined with a clear ability of delving into the roots of these types of situations.
Previous stakeholder management experience.
